As the picture shown above, it indicates that it has been successfully
connected between the computer and the camera. However, if the screen
shows like this:
pinging 192.168.0.99 with 32 bytes of data:

ping statistics for 192.168.0.99
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),
It indicate equipment is failure to install, you could check from the
following aspects:
If hardware connection is correct

If computer TCP/IP is in the same segment as the camera
●
If network forbid ping order, please connect network administrator
