AGITATOR CLEANING

TO REMOVE AGITATOR
ASSEMBLY
NOTE: In order to keep cleaning efficiency
high and to prevent damage to your
vacuum cleaner, the agitator must be
cleaned at least every one (1) month.
Check and remove hair, string and lint
build-up frequently in the agitator and end
cap areas.
1. Release cover
by rotating the
latch to the
UNLOCK
position.
2. Remove cover.

Pulle_
3. Lift belt pulley
out of nozzle and
remove belt from
belt pulley.
4. Remove agitator
from nozzle.
5. Remove any dirt or
debris in the belt path
area or in the brush
unit area.
6. Carefully remove any string or debris
located on the agitator or end caps.
TO REPLACE AGITATOR
ASSEMBLY
1. Reinstall agitator into nozzle as shown.
2. Reinstall belt
onto belt pulley
and press
agitator end cap Belt
into place in
nozzle.
3. Place cover
onto nozzle and
secure by
rotating the
latch to the
LOCK position.
