Chapter 9 Integrated Driving Recorder
The GDR 30 driving recorder is an optional subscription.
Featuring Garmin's all-in-one design concept, the nüvi 4592LM is designed for easy
installation (thanks to its innovative adjustable windshield mount) and easy connection to
drive recorder to minimize space requirement. It also ensures minimal obstruction of the
driver's view to provide enhanced road safety and better driving experience.
Adjustable windshield mount
1. Staying true to nüvi's style of easy installation, the unit and optional driving recorder
can be installed onto the same suction cup mount to occupy minimal space on the
windshield.
2. A sphere-shaped bracket with wide adjustable angles for both the unit and driving
recorder allow you to get the best viewing and recording angle.
3. The device and the driving recorder only require one common vehicle power cable. This
makes cable connection easy and trouble free.
