Checking Ink Status on the LCD

• If one or more ink colors runs out,
appears, check which ink (or inks) has run out using the following procedure.
1. Make sure the machine is on, and display the HOME screen.
If the HOME screen is not displayed, press the HOME button to display it.
2. Press the center Function button

A symbol appears in area A in case of any messages about the remaining ink level.

Ink tank is running low. Prepare a new ink tank.

• Ink levels on this screen are estimates.
• You can also display the Current estimated ink levels screen by selecting Setup on the HOME
screen and then Estimated ink levels in the setup menu.
• To check the ink tank model number, display the Ink number screen by pressing the right
Function button. Selecting Print number on this screen enables you to print the ink tank model
number. Selecting Order ink now displays the QR code for accessing the ink order site. Cost of
connecting to Internet is to be born by the customer.
