CONNECTING THE LOW END ADAPTOR - 2007 Version with single cable
The photos below may show a different model to the one you are programming but the Low End Adaptor
connection is the same. See page 35 for alternative method of programming the (ES) front module if
you have adapted your Low End Adaptor with the upgrade cable (C00275571).

EDGE CONNECTION
Step 3
- Route the adaptor key through top right hinge opening in the control panel

- Temporarily reassemble the control panel before plugging the appliance in.
To prevent damage to the harness of the adaptor key, route it under the screw fixing post of the
control panel.
NOTE: Unplug the appliance from the mains supply before disconnecting the adaptor key. The
original IDC connector block, which you disconnected and taped up earlier in Step 2 above,
MUST be reconnected after programming.

UNPLUG THE APPLIANCE FROM THE ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
J013
and connect to edge connection J013 on the module.
Step 1
- Lower the control panel to
access the module and wiring.
Step 2
- Disconnect and insulate
the IDC connector block from
module edge connection J013. This
will prevent it from shorting on the
module whilst disconnected.
