General warnings

The use of bandwidth (e.g.: downloading files, streaming video files, updating apps on the smartphone), could influence some
system functions
– minimum bandwidth (on the home ADSL) in upload: 300 kbit / s
– minimum bandwidth (on the home ADSL) in download: 100 kbit / s
– 30 sec of an audio video connection (call from entrance panel to smartphone) consumes 1.1 MB of data
In "home" operation (smartphone connected to the same Wi-Fi as the Classe 300X) data is consumed when:
– system starting-up
– call from the entrance panel
– also when the above conditions do not apply, there is always a minimum data consumption
(only the home router and not the smartphone) to guarantee all the system functions
In "out" operation (smartphone connected to a different Wi-Fi from the Classe 300X or with 4G/3G/ H/ H+/LTE/ connection),
any type of interaction will consume data.
When using Wi-Fi repeaters, to obtain the maximum video door entry system performance, the repeaters must comply with
the following requirements:
– each repeater must transmit the same SSID
– the repeaters must not filter the TCP / IP traffic
Troubleshooting
User registration completed correctly, but you have not received the e-mail with the temporary password?
Wait for at least 15 minutes (the wait time depends on the e-mail server).
The configuration procedure fails. Message shown by the DOOR ENTRY APP: "Enter the IP address".
1. Try the procedure again.
2. If the problem occurs again, enter the Classe 300X "Settings – General – Wi-Fi" menu and press

1. You can check from the Classe 300X menu whether there are already associated users : "Settings– General - Associated accounts".

Classe 300X from its menu: "Settings– Configurations - Device reset".
Door Entry App does not make/receive calls. Message shown in the Door Entry App notifications: "Disconnected"
1. Check that the Classe 300X is ON and connected to your home Wi-Fi network.
2. Check that your home connection is working correctly by trying to navigate the internet with your smartphone (connected to the
Wi-Fi network).
3. Check that there is no active program on your smartphone to reduce battery consumption which could block the push
notifications (e.g. Samsung Smart Manager)
The call from the Entrance Panel is not forwarded to the smartphone
1. Check that the Classe 300X is ON and connected to your home Wi-Fi network.
2. On the Door Entry App check that the user is connected
3. On the Classe 300X check that "Forwarding of call" is enabled (enter the Classe 300X home page and check that it shows the

You can check from the Classe 300X menu: "Settings– General - Information".
