Not able to use any touch capabilities or write on my Promethean AP4-70. Not sure how to enable the touch feature as the board projects when connected to a computer but there is no touch capability. Do I need an update? I **** at ATLAS High School in Queens NY and his is one of the older boards in one of the classrooms. This board is to be upgraded with a new Promethean however in the meantime I still want to be able to use touch and writing capabilities which I **** unable to currently.

To enable touch capabilities on your Promethean ActivPanel, follow these steps:

1. Connect the HDMI cable from the ActivConnect to the ActivPanel.
2. Plug in the power cord of the ActivConnect into the DC 5V port and connect it to a power outlet.
3. Connect the USB cable from the ActivPanel to the ActivConnect USB port to enable touch functionality.
4. Power on the ActivPanel and navigate to the appropriate HDMI source to view the ActivConnect home screen.

This setup ensures that touch functionality is enabled on your ActivPanel.
