Brief Check of POWER MODULE
Usually, they are in a state of being short-circuited if they are broken.
Measure the resistance in the following points (connectors, etc.). If they
are short-circuited, it means that they are broken.
1. Check of Diode (DS1, DS2)
P - L1, P - N1, N - L1, N - N1
2. Check of Q1
P - N
3. Check of IPM
P - N , P - U , P - V , P - W , N - U , N - V , N - W
P-N keeps being shirt-circuited until the smoothing condenser is
charged by a tester.
Note: T he marks, P , N , L , L1, N1, U , V and W shown in the
diagram are not actually printed on the board.
