Ice maker test switch

If the ice maker malfunctions:
Simulate an ice-making cycle with the test switch.

Coating of black doors defective

Fault:
In the upper front or side area defective coating on black doors.
Affected areas have a wavy, wrinkled appearance.
Remedial action:
1.
Remove any protective film.
2.
Localise defective area.
3.
Switch on a commercially available hot air device (e.g.
hair dryer) with a blow-out temperature of 80 °C to 90 °C.
4.
Bring the blow-out opening close to the affected area and
treat with hot air for 10 s to 15 s, moving the appliance up
and down 5 or 6 times.
Attention! Do not direct the hot air permanently
in the same place, risk of fire! When removing surface
defects from the side of the door, cover the upper edge of
the door with a suitable material to avoid deformations!
Check the affected area and, if required, repeat the process 2 to 3
times for 10 s.
