BLADE ALIGNMENT

Blades must be realigned if they have been removed for cleaning or replacement; or blade
alignment is incorrect. The adjustment steps are as below:
1. While aligning the blade position please use a screwdriver to loosen the underside blade
fix screws and make sure the upper and under blade teeth are facing up. Align the blades
and then tighten the screws.
2. To realign the blades, simply match the upper and bottom blades teeth. The end of top
blade teeth should be approximately 1.2mm back from bottom blade in order to prevent
skin shearing.
3. The leftmost tooth of the upper blade should cover up to the fist left tooth of the under
blade; the rightmost tooth of the upper blade should cover up to the rightmost tooth of the
under blade.
LUBRICATION
1. Please add a few drops of oil between the cutting blade teeth before clipping.
2. Add a few drops of oil to the blades, after alignment or cleaning or replacing the clipper
blades. Then turn clipper on for a few seconds to make sure the blades are being oiled.
3. The clipper upper blade moves at high frequency speed while it is operating. Do not use
hair oil, grease, oil mixed with kerosene or any solvent as they may evaporate and leave
thick oil film which will slow down blades motion. Use only the special clipper lubricant.
