6. Trouble-shooting and service

Problem
Water stay cold, digital display
does not light up.
Display shows error symbol
„Screwdriver"
Flow rate of hot water too weak
Selected temperature is not
reached
LCD-display: „inlet temperature too
high"
No reponse upon key press
repair must only be carried out by authorised professional. If a fault in your appliance cannot be rectified
with the aid of this table, please contact the service organisation of your importer or the Central Custo-
mer Service Department. Please have the details of the typeplate at hand (FD-code, E-number and
serial number).!
7. Warranty
For this product, we assume 2 year warranty according to our warranty.
8. Disposal notes
The device is not in general household waste but disposal at local collection point.
IYour FWS 27 frech water station was manufactured conscientiously and
checked serval time before delivery. Should malfunction nevertheless oc-
cur, it is usually only due to a bagatelle. First attempt to switch the house
fuse off and on again in order to „reset" the electronics. Next, try to reme-
dy the problem with reference to the following table. In doing so, you will
avoid unnecessary expense of customer service assistance.
Cause
Master fuse tripped
Control system has switched off
Outlet fitting dirty or calcified
Fine filter dirty or calcified
Water flow too high
Cold water has been added via the
tap.
Inlet temperature exceeding nomi-
nal temperature
Hood is not fitted properly

Solution
Renew or activate fuse
Switch fuses off and on. If symbol
„screwdriver" is still indicated, con-
tact customer service
Clean shower head, jet regulator or
sieves
Let clean fine filter by customer
service
(Re)activate motor-driven valve
Tap hot water only, set tempera-
ture, check outlet temperature
Reduce inlet temperature, reduce
the temperature level in the solar
tank.
Refit the hood properly
