Setting the freezer temperature
•
Touch the "Freezer selector" (B) once so that the refrigerator and
freezer temperature displays illuminate (if the displays are already
illuminated then you need only perform the following steps).
•
Touch the "Freezer selector" (B) as many times as necessary to
achieve the desired temperature. This may be set between -16°C
and -23°C and each touch will alter the temperature by an increment
of 1°C. The optimum temperature for the freezer to be set to is -18°C.
•
Leave the display for around five seconds to stop flashing and the
temperature is set.
NOTE: After the display stops flashing it will revert to displaying
the current temperature of the relevant compartment. However
the appliance will still work towards the temperature that has just
been set.
Smart Mode
This appliance is equipped with a 'Smart' mode that can automatically
adjust the temperature according to the ambient temperature of the
room it is within and in response to temperature fluctuations within the
appliance itself.
To switch the Smart mode on
•
Unlock the control panel if necessary by touching and holding the
Safety Key Lock sensor (F) for approximately three seconds.
•
Touch the "Smart/Holiday Mode sensor" (C) once. The light beneath
the Smart/Holiday Mode sensor will illuminate to confirm that the
Smart mode has been activated.
