Possible Cause
● Thermal protector activates.
● If the appliance is used in high temperature
or used constantly for a very long time,
thermal protector would activates.
● Unplugged the socket outlet.
● Power swith is off.
● Accessories are blocked up.
● Pleat filter is dirty.
● The operation mode LED is twinkling.
● Cord doesn't wind properly.
● Cord is twisted.
● Hose, telescopic wand or floor head is
blocked up.
● Pleat filter is blocked up and the safety
valve opens.
● Trash mildews.

Possible solution
The suction inlet or air vent may be blocked
up. Check and remove the obstruction. Reuse
it after a while (around one hour).
Plug in firmly.
Press

to start the vacuum cleaner.
Disconnect the electrical supply → Unplug →
Dismount the accessories → Remove the trash
Clean the pleat filter.
Press
switch to change to the max power.
Pull it out one or two meters and wind it up
again.
Pull out and wind the cord repeatedly while
pressing the cord rewind button.
Remove the trash.
Clean the pleat filter and restart the vacuum
cleaner.
Clean the pleat filter and dust cup.
