HYDROSTATIC STEERING SYSTEM
BLEEDING
Attention: Don't turn the steering wheel
when doing step 1 and 2. The steering
system might be aerated.
1. Fill almost the complete oil tank ca-
pacity. Crank the engine 10 seconds
without starting if possible ( with hand
throttle in STOP position). If the en-
gine starts stop it immediately. Check
and add oil into tank. Repeat this mi-
nimally three times, ever check and
add oil into tank.

Attention: Don't allow draining or drop-
ping the oil from tank or hydrostatic
steering circuit. The steering system
might be aerated.
2. Start the engine and let it run for 2
minutes at low idle. Stop the engine
and check the tank oil level.
3. Lift front wheels of tractor.
4. Turn the steering wheel several times
at engine low idle run (to left and right
stop for a short time) you will bleed
the hydrostatic steering system by
this way.
5. Check and add the oil into tank up to
the mark and lower the front wheels
to the ground.
