    CLEANING Before cleaning, make sure the appliance is unplugged from the mains. Never immerse the deep fryer in water and never place it under running tap water (see fig. 4). If water leaks into the control unit it could cause electric shock. Check that the oil has cooled down, then remove the control unit and drain the oil.
