I have 2017 vacanza tarino. The "+" button on my control panel is not responding, all the other buttons are working. I have already shut off the main power to reset it but that did not work.

The manual does not provide specific troubleshooting for the "+" button not responding. However, you can try these general steps:

1. Check Power – Ensure the spa has power and is properly plugged in. Reset the GFCI if needed.
2. Inspect for Lock Mode – Some spa controls have a lock feature that may prevent button response. Check the manual for unlocking instructions.
3. Restart the Spa – Turn off the power at the breaker, wait a few minutes, then turn it back on.
4. Check for Debris or Damage – Inspect the button for dirt, debris, or physical damage.
5. Contact Authorized Service – If the button still does not work, contact an authorized CalderaSpas dealer or technician.

If the issue persists, professional service may be required.
