Do Not Disturb: Press once to enable/disable incoming calls. When enabled, the calling party will
immediately get a busy tone.
Lines: Displays a list of all the available "Lines" (voice services installed on the phone) to let the user select
a specific line to make a call. If a line is down for any reason, the corresponding entry in the list still shows
the account user name of the line, albeit greyed out.
When there are unchecked missed calls, the "Lines" soft key will be replaced by a "Missed" soft key in red,
showing the number of missed calls that have not been reviewed by the user. The soft key is a short cut to
launch the Missed Calls History to let the user view incoming calls that have not been answered.

More on Soft Keys

There are four physical soft keys. If the situation demands more than four, two solutions are provided and the
method to use is controlled by the Ph
one Native Web Portal (NWP) only <PopUpMoreSoftKeyOptions> parameter under "User Settings / User
Preferences". By default, <PopUpMoreSoftKeyOptions> is enabled and the "More" method below is used.

"More"

In the first method, the fourth soft key will be labeled "More", as shown in the example below:
When the "More" key is pressed, the remaining soft keys will appear in a column at the fourth soft key position:
