[Setup] - [ Media Settings] - [Repair Img. DB F.] - the recording medium.
The memory card is damaged.
When you record an XAVC S 4K movie with [ REC Mode] set to [100Mbps ], use an
SDXC memory card of UHS-I U3 or faster.
