Intra/Inter Card MSP and SNCP Protection

The terms intra-card and inter-card MSP and SNCP protection are used to describe
different traffic protection behaviour when worker and protection paths are set up on
the same core card (refer to Figure 7-4) or on different core cards (refer to Figure 7-6),
respectively.
