Troubleshooting

If the computer can't find
your modem
Remove your modem and restart the
computer. Reconnect using the same
port as before. If it still does not work,
try a different USB port.
If you can't get online with
your modem
Make sure you have coverage. If you
are using fixed broadband with a
wireless router, turn off the wireless
network when you want to browse using
your mobile broadband.
