3.18 Vibrator Interface
Vibrator is drived by Dual BJT with bias resistor.
VIBRATOR_P is connected with + terminal of vibrator and - terminal is connected with Ground. It is
controlled by VIBRATOR signal of DBB with only ON/OFF function.
