Connect the power adapter to a wall socket and

check that the LEDs light. "Status" should light
green, "Serial Link" should flash and "Link" must
light orange (100Mbps) or green (10Mbps) if the
network cable is connected.
Turn on the computer and insert the CD supplied

and follow the instructions.
Start the configuration program Netbiter config. The

program automatically searches for RCUs connected
to the network. If the program does not find the
RCU refer to the Troubleshooting section. If Netbiter
is already running and it is started no RCU is found.
Check the computer's IP address as follows:

Press "Start" – "Run"- type "cmd" + enter. A dos
window now opens
Type"ipconfig" + enter
The computer's IP address and Subnet Mask will be
shown
For example
IP address: 10.1.0.0
Subnet mask 255.0.0.0
Assign an IP-address if the computer does not have
one.
