Loose screws.
Worn or damaged o-rings or seals.
Inadequate air supply.
Inadequate lubrication.
Worn or damaged valve.
Loose screws.
Worn or damaged o-rings or bumper.
Incorrect fasteners.
Fasteners loaded incorrectly
Damaged fasteners. Bent collation wire.
Canister or nose screws loose
Canister is dirty.
Driver tip is worn or damaged.
Worn piston seal.
Worn valve.

SOLUTIONS
Tighten screws.
Install overhaul kit.
Verify adequate air supply.
Put 5 or 7 drops of oil into air inlet.
Install valve kit.
Tighten screws.
Install Overhaul Kit.
Verify approved fasteners of correct size and 15°
collation angle.
Verify fasteners are loaded in the correct platform
position.
Replace with undamaged fasteners.
Tighten screws.
Clean magazine.
Install Driver Maintenance Kit.
Install overhaul kit.
Install valve kit.
