Securing your load

There are four hooks fig. 74 inside the
luggage compartment for attaching the
cargo net or cables which can secure the
load carried.

IMPORTANT Do not apply, on a single
hook, a load greater than 10 kg.
Cargo net
This is useful for correctly arranging the
load and/or for transporting light
materials.
The cargo net is available from the Alfa
Romeo Dealership.
IMPORTANT
12) When you need to disconnect or remove
the battery, do not close the boot. In order to
avoid possible accidental closure, it is
recommended to place an obstacle (e.g. a
cloth) on the lock that would physically avoid
closure.

To open the compartment proceed as
follows:
(where provided) unlock by placing the
metal insert that is in the key in the lock;
operate handle fig. 75, to open the
compartment.

When the compartment is opened a light
switches on to illuminate it.
IMPORTANT Do not insert objects of
such a size that the compartment cannot
be completely closed. Moreover make
sure that the compartment is completely
closed when driving.
