Changing the Sound Settings

You can change the volume of the start-up sound, shutter sound,
operation sounds, and self-timer sound. You can also change the type
of each sound.
Changing the volume

Select [Sound] on the [B Set-up] menu.

Press the four-way controller (5).
The Sound screen will be displayed.

Use the four-way controller (45) to change the
volume.

Press the OK button 2 times.
The camera is ready for capture or playback.
Changing the type of start-up, shutter, operation, or self-timer sound

Select [Sound] on the [B Set-up] menu.

Press the four-way controller (5).
The Sound screen will be displayed.

Press the four-way controller (23) to select [Start-up
Sound] and use the four-way controller 45) to select
[1], [2], [3] or [Off].

Change [Shutter Sound], [Operation Sound], and [Self-
timer Sound] in the same way.
For the self-timer sound, select [On] or [Off].

Press the OK button 2 times.
The camera is ready for capture or playback.
