Connection and control elements
(1)
POWER switch
With this switch the mixing table is turned on and off. In the position ON, the mixing desk is on.
(2)
Switch PHONO/CD/LINE
You can use the input selection switches to select between the individual inputs (signal sources) for the
channels CH1 and CH2.
Example:
If the switch for channel CH1 is in position LINE, the signal from the device connected to the LINE/CH1
connection is routed to channel CH1. The PHONO1 or CD1 input is not played back in this switch position.
To play back one of these inputs, the input selection switch of channel CH1 has to be switched to position
PHONO or CD.
Minimise the volume using the corresponding channel fader before changing over an input
selection switch. Possible differences in volume between the input sources may otherwise
cause sudden excessive volume.
(3)
Switch STEREO/MONO
With this switch, you select stereo or mono operation.
(4)
MASTER control
Using this control, you can set the level at the MASTER output (29).
(5)
PAN control
With this control, you select the channel that is played back via the headphones.
(6)
PHONES LEVEL control
Using this control, you can set the volume of the headphones.
Turn the control knob to „0" before plugging in, unplugging or putting on the headphones or
before switching the mixing desk on or off. Otherwise, there is risk of damage to your hearing
as a result of excessive volume from the headphone output.
(7)
Display
The level display indicates the level of the output signal. If possible, the indicator should not exceed "0 dB"
as the music signal may otherwise be distorted.
(8)
PHONES connection
At this 6.3 mm jack bushing, a commercially available headphone with a 6.3mm jack bush can be connected.
