3.2.2 Front and Rear control panel definition:
Front
Power LED : Normal operationàBlue.
Standby modeàAmber.
IR receiver : Sense the signal from RC handset.
Light Sensor : It will set the LCD back light brightness automatically according to the
ambient light.
Rear
Input select : Input source select key
PC à DVIà HDCP à TVàAVà S-VIDEO àEXTàHD and PC again.
Up/Down : Channel up and down, and OSD cursor up and down.
Left/Right : Volume up and down, and OSD cursor left and right.
OSD : Enable OSD menu(Enter key for PC).
Power SW : DC Power switch.
Power SW : AC Power switch.
3.2.3 Remote control
3.2.3.1 The remote control is used in all PC and TV modes :
I. Be a Monitor:
1. Press Menu Key to call Monitor Menu
2. Press Up/Down/Left/Right Key to select Monitor function
3. Left/Right is Volume Hot Key.
4. Use remote controller to select PC menu function.
II. Be a TV:
1. Press Menu Key to display TV Menu
2. Press Up/Down/Left/Right Key to select TV function
3. Up/Down Key is Channel Hot Key.
4. Left/Right Key is Volume Hot Key.
5. Use remote controller to select TV menu function.
III. Recalling from saving mode:
In Monitor power saving mode, which no H&V sync, or no either H-sync or V-sync input via VGA
connector. The monitor will enter "Monitor saving mode".
The way to wake up Monitor
1. when PC H-sync and V-sync have signal again , then Monitor will wake up.
2. press "Source" key on remote controlà change to Video source directly.
In TV power saving mode, which switched off by RC "Standby" key, SLEEP TIMER function or no TV signal input for 30
minutes, the monitor will enter "TV standby mode", and LED shows amber color.
The way to wake up Monitor
1. press . "Standby" key on remote control to return original Video source
2. press "Source" key on remote controlà change to other Video source directly.
Remark :
1. When TV is in saving mode (Amber LED), Power off by rear DC power switch key .
2. When DC re-power on, the set will still stay in saving mode(as previous mode)
