 When you are using Windows 2003 Server
Click [Start] and click [Printers and Faxes] to open the [Printers and Faxes] folder.
 When you are using Windows 8 or Windows Server 2012, see the following section to open the
printers folder.

Open the printer driver properties dialog box.
 When using Windows 7 / Windows 8 / Windows Server 2012
Select the installed printer driver and right-click to make the menu appear, then click [Printer
properties].
