44 • Disconnect the two components, as shown in the figure. 45 • Reassembly: Reconnect the two components and place the gear shift lever unit back into the battery compartment, inserting the two pins into the holes in the chassis. At the same time, pull the electrical wires up from the bottom of the vehicle. Note: Make sure that the electrical wire is threaded through its special housing in the gearshift lever unit base (see figure). -
