12. I would like to use my Synergy with my PAL TV, is this possible?
You will need to connect a NTSC to PAL converter in between Synergy and your TV.
13. Can I use my Synergy SI with a computer?
I f you have the Advanced control, yes! The VGA IN connector will allow you to view the PC screen
on the same LCD as the Synergy PI. Please refer yourself to the User Guide for further computer
connectivity instructions.
14. Can I use my SV Synergy with my own PC monitor?
Y es. You must connect your VGA monitor in the base back panel where indicated VGA IN. This
will turn the Synergy's monitor off and will transfer the image to your external monitor.
15. What is the policy for product return to HumanWare?
If you have any issues or problems with the SmartView Synergy, please contact our tech-support
via phone or email and we will assist you for troubleshooting the device. For product return, you
must have an authorization number from HumanWare and device must be returned in its original
packaging and box.
