What are the characteristics of this SmartView Synergy SI?
The Synergy SI has:
a. A base with built-in monitor.
b. An X/Y platter to allow smooth movement of documents under camera.
c. A control keypad to adjust size, color scheme, brightness and many other functions
(depending of model).

What are the differences between the SmartView Synergy PI and the Synergy SI?
The Synergy SI is equipped with a high definition camera, the Synergy SI offers
a superior image quality providing a more enhanced visual experience.
I just bought a Synergy SD; can I exchange it for a Synergy SI?
There is no exchange program in place at this time.
