number of serving or type of
meat.
2. Press MORE/LESS once or
twice to adjust cooking time, if
desired.
Press once for a longer
cooking time.
Press twice for a shorter
cooking time.
3. Press START.
Note: Pause for meat menu
The oven stops about halfway
through the cooking process to
allow for checking, turning or
rearranging the food. At pause,
rearrange food.
1. Press QUICK REHEAT.
2. Press a number (l-9) for
cooking time.
Press O to cook 30 seconds.
Press 1 to cook 1 minute.
Press 2 to cook 2 minutes.

Press 9 to cook 9 minutes.
NOTE: Quick Reheating uses
P-100 Dower only.
1. Press either FINE DEFROST or
QUICK DEFROST.
2. Enter the weight of food in kg.
3. Press START.
4. At Pause, rearrange food.
5. Press START to restart.
NOTE: If you do not open the
door at the Pause, the oven
continues to complete the
defrosting.
