This basic microwave
cooking
method allows you to cook food
for a desired time at different
power levels. Cooking time can
be setup to 99 minutes 99
seconds.
Microwave
power can be
selected from 11 different levels
as shown below:
Power level
P-IO() -10070 (maximum power)
P-90 - 90%
P-80 - 80'%
P-70 - 70~o
P-60 - 6(WO
P-50 - 50%
P-40 - 40%
P-30 - 30~o
P-20 - 20%
P- 10- 10%
P-o - 0%
Foods with high moisture
content should be cooked on
maximum
power, as this is the
fastest cooking method and best
maintains the natural flavour
and texture of the foods.
Simply press the POWER LEVEL
key repeatedly until the desired
power level number appears in
the display.
To
check the power level during
cooking, press POWER LEVEL.
The power level appears in the
display window.
Manual Defrosting (without
using Auto Defrost feature)
Use power level P-30. To speed
up the defrosting of dense foods
over 1 lb (500 g), You may start
on P-1OOfor 2 minutes, then
reduce to the level P-30.
To Delay When Cooking Starts
To delay when cooking starts,
use power level P- O for the first
stage of multistage cooking.
To
enter power level
P-O, press
POWER LEVEL keypad unti I P-O
appears in the display. Then
enter the amount of time you
wish to delay the cooking. You
can delay when cooking starts
for up to 99 minutes and 99
seconds.
