General app use

Video and audio quality optimisation

The quality of the video and audio on your smart device may change
over time, depending on the available bandwidth of your connection to
Internet. Using a WiFi connection typically gives the best results, while 4G
and 3G may offer less bandwidth and deliver reduced quality. The app will
automatically offer you the best possible experience, by matching the video
and audio quality to the bandwidth available.
Matching takes place in steps:
1
Large bandwidth: good video and audio quality, with text notifications.
2
Reduced bandwidth (such as when using 3G): reduced video quality;
good audio quality, with text notifications.
3
Small bandwidth (such as when using 2G): only an audio link will be
available, with text notifications
4
Very small bandwidth: only text notifications are available
