HIGH HUMIDITY ALARM LIMIT
1. The high humidity alarm limit is programmable (See Menu K – Alarms and Limits). The range
is from 35 to 90%. It can also be disabled.
2. If the alarm is not disabled and the return air temperature rises above the high humidity alarm
limit, the audio alarm is activated and a "High Humidity Warning" message is displayed on the
display module.
3. The audio alarm is a warning only and will not prevent any of the unit functions form operating.
4. The alarm will remain until the alarm condition is corrected.
LOW HUMIDITY ALARM LIMIT
1. The high humidity alarm limit is programmable (See Menu K – Alarms and Limits). The range
is from 10 to 65%. It can also be disabled.
2. If the alarm is not disabled and the return air temperature rises above the high humidity alarm
limit, the audio alarm
is activated and a "Low Humidity Warning" message is displayed on the display module.
3. The audio alarm is a warning only and will not prevent any of the unit functions form operating.
4. The alarm will remain until the alarm condition is corrected.

LOW DISCHARGE TEMPERATURE ALARM LIMIT

1. An optional discharge sensor is required. The low discharge temperature alarm limit is pro-
grammable (See Menu K – Alarms and Limits). The range is from 45 to 60°F. It can also be
disabled.
2. If the alarm is not disabled and when the discharge air temperature falls to the low discharge
alarm limit, the audio alarm is activated and a "Low Discharge Air Temperature" message will
be displayed on the display module.
3. If the optional Energy Saver with Compressor Assist is used (See Menu J – Factory Settings),
the compressor(s) will be inhibited for 15 minutes.
4. The alarm will remain until the alarm condition is corrected.

SCHEDULED NORMAL MAINTENANCE ALARM

1. The scheduled normal maintenance alarm is programmable (See Menu K – Alarms and Limits).
The programmable range is 1 to 100 hours. It may also be disabled.
2. The alarm is a warning only and will not prevent any of the unit functions from operating.
