It has been projected to be installed indoor. It can operate either with natural gas and liquid propane gas (category II , type C 2H3+ regulation EN 1266).

The functioning of Calorio gas convectors is leaded by the ambient thermostat equipped with all models and, in models 42 and 52, by the programmable timer. 2.1 HOW TO START AND TURN OFF THE GAS CONVECTOR The first start up of the unit must be carried out by qualified service engineer.

    Sezione installatore idraulico 3.3 SEQUENCE OF INSTALLATION With reference to the installation project, prepare gas supply and electrical supply lines and holes for exhaust outlet and intake air for combustion. INSTALL THE CONVECTOR ON THE WALL Before unpacking the unit check that the external packaging is in good condition and that no damage has occurred during transportation, if so promptly contact your supplier Unpack the unit from its protection wrapping, slip off the inlet and outlet flues first.

Connect the gas pipe to the nipple you find on the right bottom part of the gas convector.

A wrong, incorrect or imprudent installation of the gas circuit can cause very dangerous gas leaks on all the circuit and in particular in the tampered areas. Moreover, use suitable sealants on all fittings.

    Sezione assistenza tecnica 5.5 SAFETY DEVICES Isolation of electrical supply: the unit stop working and the gas valve closes. When the electricity will be re connected the units will re start automatically. Lack of gas or any other cause of the flame extinguishing: the unit will automatically try to re start for 10 seconds, afterwards in case of lack of flame ignition the control box will stop the units and the combustion air blower.

There is a full gas supply The feeling pressure to the burner is within the tolerances given.

    Sezione assistenza tecnica 5.7 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE The only maintenance activity required is a periodical and proper cleaning of the external panel (to be carried out always when the unit is cold and without any solvent) and the removing of dust that can remain on the heat exchanger and on the fan. An annual maintenance service and cleaning of the unit is recommended, calling the qualified Service Authorised Company.
