SETTING UP THE DEVICE
Connect the player and television power cable to mains
power sockets.
• Turn the television on and select the appropriate video
source (HDMI,...), depending on the connection.
• Press q to turn the player on.
• Press SETUP, the configuration (main) menu is
displayed. The DVD player will ask you to enter the
password.
• Using the direction keys a, d, s and w select the
desired item, then press ENTER to confirm.
• Use the OSD LANGUAGE menu to set the language
settings.
• Use the VIDEO menu to select your television format:
CVBS or TV-RGB.
• Use the HD OUTPUT menu to select: HD OFF, 720P,
1080I or 1080P.
• For more information about these settings, see the
"System Configuration" paragraph.
After making these settings, press SETUP on the player
again to leave the menus.
After use, we recommend you turn the device off.

CONFIGURATION MENU
Accessing the Configuration menu
The DVD player's configuration menu is accessed using the
television screen and the remote control.
• Press SETUP on the remote control: the SETUP menu
is displayed.
• Select a page from the SETUP menu and press
ENTER.
• Select an option and press ENTER to access other
settings.
• Select the settings and press ENTER.
• Greyed-out settings are not available or cannot be
changed.
• Within a menu, press w to return to the main menu.
• Press SETUP to leave the configuration menu.
Attention: manufacturer software updates must be certified
by an authorized agent.
Updating the software yourself may cause the device to
malfunction.
GENERAL SETTINGS MENU
TV System
TV output colour system depending on the television:
NTSC, PAL, or AUTO. Default setting: AUTO.
