Do not leave anything on top of the appliance.
If the power supply cable is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer or by its technical
assistance service, or at least by a suitably quali-
fi ed individual, in order to prevent all hazards.
Do not operate the unit in the presence of hazard-
ous substances or fl ammable/corrosive gases.
Do not use insecticides, solvents or aggressive
detergents to clean the device.
Do not use the appliance for any purpose other
than normal domestic use.
Do not direct the air fl ow towards valuable items,
plants or animals.
Do not use the air conditioning unit for extended
periods of time in conditions where the humidity
level is over 80%.
Do not position other electrical appliances, furni-
ture or humidity-sensitive items directly under-
neath the internal or external unit.
Provide suffi cient ventilation in the room in which
the air conditioning unit is installed if a combus-
tion appliance is also located there.
Avoid prolonged exposure to the air fl ow.
Make sure the external unit frame and supporting
structure are intact at least once every 12 months.
