    ■ GENERAL WARNINGS ■ This product is compliant with Directive EU 2002/96/EEC. It carries the symbol of the crossed-out waste bin, which means that once its useful life is over it must be treated separately from other domestic waste: it must be taken to a recycling centre for electrical and electronic equipment, or taken back to the retailer upon purchase of a new equivalent device.

In case of malfunctioning, disconnect the device from the electric mains (do not pull the power supply cable to disconnect the plug) and contact the After-Sales Technical Assistance Centre, authorised to supply original spare parts. Do not, in any case, attempt to repair the device.

    ■ Switch-on/off Upon commissioning the date and time will flash on the display. To update this data, keep key pressed for a few seconds. Scroll the main menu using up to “SETTINGS” and confirm the choice with key Select “Date and time” and confirm.

    ■ Functions of the manual cooking □ Defrosting and Rising This function can be used for defrosting and/or drying food to be cooked only with the moving of air that circulates at the temperature of 25°C. This allows defrosting the dish without modifying its taste or aspect.

    □ Ventilated cooking This type of cooking is indicated for dishes arranged on more shelves, also different between them, without the smells mixing. The even circulation of the hot air allows low and even cooking. □ Electric grill In this selection only the internal part of the electric resistance positioned on the upper part of the oven functions.

    ■ Programmed cooking ■ Programming of cooking duration - immediate start. This function allows establishing the cooking duration by programming the oven switch- off upon expiring of the time. All programs (except "Defrosting" and "Food warmer") envision a pre-heating phase (separate from cooking phase) for reaching the set temperature.

    With key it is possible at any moment to go back to the previously set parameters to eventually amend them. Attention, going back using key , the programmed start data will reset. All set parameters and the current oven status can be directly verified on the display at any moment.

    ■ Use of the Grill To optimise the Grill cooking, pre-heat the oven with Grill on at maximum for at least 10 minutes. Introduce the dish inside the oven in the nearest position to the Grill, depending on the type of food to cook. Always use the Grill with door open and for a maximum time of 15 minutes.

    ■ Routine maintenance Periodically check the status of the gasket placed around the opening of the oven. It guarantees the correct functioning of the oven. Keep this gasket clean avoiding using abrasive substances or objects. If the gasket is damaged, contact the nearest after-sales technical assistance centre.

    ■ Re-insertion of the oven door Act in reverse order, holding the door sideways towards the bottom with both hands and inserting the hinges in the openings of the front frame of the oven, (pay attention to the positioning of the foot encasing). With the oven door completely open, remove the hinge lock bringing the locking hooks in original position or, depending on the model, removing the rods.

    Do not touch the hot bulb with a damp cloth, the bulb may break. Replace the bulb with another appropriate of 25 W for 220 - 230 V with connection type E14, suitable for high temperatures. In case the protection cap is damaged or broken, do not use the oven until the cap has been replaced or re-inserted correctly and safely.

    ■ Fitted measurements The dimensions of the opening to be made on the cabinet for the fitting of the oven are indicated in the figures. Ensure the cabinet in which the oven will be installed is able to support the weight of 30 kg for FI 60; 45 kg. for FI 948. For the opening in the cabinet, follow the respective dimensions of the type of oven purchased, indicated in fig.

    ■ Electric connection of the oven Ensure the electric current has been disconnected before connecting the oven to the electric mains. Functioning happens in single-phase alternate current 220-230-240 V~ 50-60 Hz, using flexible cable. Ensure the household plant can support the electric load of the device. (see serial plate).
