6-5. Cycle Doesn't Start

Symptom
ㆍCycle doesn't start.
Causes
ㆍDoor sensing Switch defective
ㆍMain PBA defective
Check Point
Step 1 : Door Sensing Switch (1)
Check the connections for the Door Sensing Switch
Check the blue wire and the switch connected to the blue wire.
- Normal (Power Key On) : 9.5 to 12.5V (when the door is open)
- Normal (Power Key Off) : 5.5 to 7.0V (when the door is open)
- Normal : < 2V (when the door is closed) - Normal : < 2V (when the door is closed)
Step 2 : Door Sensing Switch (2) / main PBA
Check the operation of Door Sensing Switch.
(Remove the connector before measuring.)
Check for the blue wire and the switch connected to the blue wire.
- Normal: OPEN (when the door is open)
- Normal: SHORT (when the door is closed)
If it is not normal, replace the door sensing switch.
If it is normal, replace main PBA.
