Step 5 : Water (3)
Check if the water is too hard.
Use a commercial dishwasher cleaner and
use a high-quality detergent with rinse aid.
Step 6 : Detergent (1)
Check if dishwasher detergent was not used.
Use a automatic dishwasher detergent.
Advise customers to use the powder or gel type dishwasher detergent.
Step 7 : Detergent (2)
Check if the amount of detergent was inappropriate.
Use the appropriate amount of automatic dishwasher detergent.
Step 8 : Detergent (3)
Check if detergent remains in the dispenser.
Check for the position of dishware such as cookie sheets, Check for the position of dishware such as cookie sheets,
cutting boards, or large containers, etc. that maybe
blocking the detergent dispenser from opening properly.
Rearrange the dishes so they do not interfere
with the detergent dispenser opening.
Step 9 : Rinse Aid
Check if there is rinse aid.
Check for the dispenser and add the rinse aid and use the liquid type rinse aid.
Step 10 : Nozzle
Check if the spray nozzle is clogged.
If the pump or spray nozzle is clogged by debris or food,
remove them. And advise customers to clean the nozzle as recommended.
Step 11 : Air Gap / Disposal
Check if the air gap or the disposer is clogged.
Clean the air gap or flush the disposer.
