Troubleshooting

PROBLEM
Coffee leaks around
filter basket.
Coffee maker does not
brew or heat.
Water does not run
through.
Water runs through too
quickly.
"ERR" message appears
on display when program
key is pressed.
AFTER SALES SUPPORT
CAUSE
Filter basket is not
seated correctly.
Coffee is ground too
finely. This will clog the
filter.
Power cord is not firmly
plugged into a power
outlet.
No water in the water
tanks.
The filter is blocked or
coffee grounds are too
fine or packed down too
hard.
Coffee grounds are too
coarse.
The time must be set
prior to using the
program function.

SOLUTION
Insert filter basket
correctly.
Clean the filter. Use
another type of coffee.
Insert power plug into a
power outlet.
Fill the water tank. Clean
the filter and try coarser
coffee.
Try finer coffee.
Set the current time.
