    Connecting one expansion module 1. Insert the USB plug attached to the cable of the Snom D7 into the USB port on the Snom phone. If the phone has two USB ports, either one of them can be used (Fig. 5 and Fig. 6).

    Settings on the web interface When a D7 module is connected to the phone, its function keys are displayed on the function key page of the phone's web interface. If there is more than one module, the first module in the daisy chain is listed as expansion module 1 on the function key page, the second module in the chain is listed as expansion module 2, and the third module in the chain as expansion module 3.
