of the BENCH SLIDF. Rotate the
BENCH SLIDE up and allow it to rest on the UPRIGHT TUBE. Allow the BACK PAD tc, hang down.
[THE HANGING WEIGHT OFTHE BACK PAD WILL KEEP THE BENCH SLIDE FORWARD)
