WARNING: Steam from the Steam Wand is extremely hot and can
scald.
IMPORTANT: Never wash your coffee machine accessories in a
dishwasher.
Descaling

Disconnect the appliance from the mains supply.

Make sure the appliance has completely cooled down completely.

Remove the Water Tank and Drip Tray from the machine.

Fill the water tank with dissolved citric acid solution, up to the
max level marked on the side of the tank.

Re-fit the Water Tank and Drip Tray to the
machine.

Place an empty container under the brewing head to gather the
descaled hot boiled water.

Troubleshooting

Problem
Water is dispensing from the Steam Wand
The Coffee temperature is too cold
The Coffee grinds are wet after use
Espresso is weak
Milk is not frothing
Coffee is too strong or weak
What is E.S.E, and where can I find them?

Connect the appliance to the mains supply.

Press the On/Off button and wait for the Coffee Ready Light to
illuminate.

Press the Coffee Dispense Button, water will flow through the unit.

Allow the pump to keep dispensing until the water tank is empty.

Repeat the process with cold water only to flush the system.
Reason
Steam Control is open
Heater block is not hot enough
before dispensing
Coffee is not compact enough
Wrong Coffee Type
Air and steam are not getting into the milk Use a pin to clean the Steam Wand nozzle
Wrong volume of coffee
Easy Serving Espresso,
coffee within a teabag
Solution
Rotate the Steam Control so
its closed
Before dispensing Coffee, make sure the
ready light is illuminated.
Tamp the coffee before inserting.
Always use espresso coffee grinds
and air holes in the cleaner
Use the correct coffee filter:
1 person - 7g
2 person - 14g
They are available online and in some coffee
supermarkets
