- Page 2 KINGSLEY – BATE Fine Garden Furniture ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE GL - 45 RIGHT END FRAME BACK LEFT END FRAME SHORT LEG STRETCHERS SEAT * NOTE A TENON B MORTISE HOLE STEP-I Unpack, inspect and lay the parts on a clean, flat, soft surface to avoid marring the wood. NOTE: During assembly of the furniture pleas e match all joints with the corresponding letter or numbers stamped on the furniture.
- Page 3 STEP-III Using the stam ped letters on the side of the SEAT and on the corresponding side of the END FRAME align the seat and put it into position as shown in the diagram. STEP-IV Carefully slide the FRONT SEAT RAIL into position. If necessary, gently rock the part while pushi ng the tenon into the m ortise holes until the joint fits snugly together.
