HELPFUL HINTS When making Auto Download Interval settings it is important to remember that downloading ● data from one unit may take up to 5 minutes. Therefore, for example, if you have 20 units each at 5 minutes the downloading process itself will take 100 minutes or 1 hr and 40 min. ■ Other FAQ's Q1: I can't get the communication cable connected to the computer. What should I do? Please connect the communication cable provided with the Thermo Recorder into the serial port of your computer (D-SUB 9 pin male connector). If for some reason you can not connect directly, please use an appropriate adapter (gender changer plug) as explained below. - Page 51 ・If you have a computer with energy saving function settings, make sure that the serial port has not been turned off.
