Setting Details
Select a value between "-12.0dB" to "+12.0dB"
(in increments of 0.5dB). A test tone will be output
each time you change the value. Select the
desired level.
The setting is not displayed if "Speaker
Configuration" - "Back" is set to other than
"None" and also "Back ch" is set to "1ch".
This setting cannot be changed in any of the
following cases.
– "Speaker Settings" - "Front Speakers Type"
is set to "Bi-Amp".
– "Speaker Settings" - "Powered Zone 2" is
set to "Yes" and also Zone2 is set to on.

In the following cases, the settings for "Level Calibration" cannot be changed:
– The speaker is set to "No" or "None" in "Speaker Configuration".
– Mute (MUTING) is set.
The test tone is output at the standard level for THX, which is 0dB (absolute volume setting 82). If you
normally listen at volume settings below this, be careful because the test tone will be much louder.
If you are using a handheld sound pressure level meter, adjust the level of each speaker to 75dB SPL
at the listening position, measured in C-Weighting and slow reading.
