SPECIAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Do not block the air intake at the rear of
the appliance when in use. If the air intake
is blocked, the apparatus will overheat.
If this happens, the overheat cut-out will
automatically shut off power to the appara-
tus. Switch off the appliance and remove
the plug from the wall socket.
Do not leave on clothes, bedding, etc
made from heat-sensitive and flammable
synthetic materials while switched on or
still hot.
In order to avoid burns, you should avoid
blowing hot air directly into the eyes or on
very sensitive skin.
Please note that the appliance will remain
hot for a while after you switch it off. Al-
ways allow it to cool completely before you
put it away.
Always keep the appliance at a safe
distance from flammable objects such as
curtains, tablecloths or the like.
Do not place or store near other heat
sources or in a damp environment.

USE
The first time the travel hairdryer is used,
it may give off a small amount of smoke.
This is because an extra layer of protec-
tive oil on the heating element is being
burned off. This is quite normal and not
dangerous, and will disappear after a short
period of use.
Unfold the handle before use.
Switch the appliance on by pressing the
on/off button (2).
Position 0: Off
Position I: Low heat, low speed
Position II: High heat, high speed
The appliance can be hung up using the
loop (4) at the bottom of the handle.
