The revision level of the static data
associated with block; the revision value
will be incremented each time a static
parameter value in the block is changed.
The user description of the intended block
application.
Grouping of function blocks.

normally set by the operator or a control
specification.
Contains the actual, permitted, and normal
modes of the block.

Upper sensor range value, in SENSOR_UNIT
